Thousands of Pounds simply disappeared from my account, for several days now there has been no resolution, no time estimate for resolution, no information and terrible customer service. Hours on chat with countless representatives who are unhelpful and often unprofessional. Simply unbelievable. I would stay away from this company, never heard of such a mess, such lack of professionalism and what poor customer service.
