Customer support is S*it!!

Customer support is S*it!! I didint get mystery box, even i deposit. Next they asking referred friends..W TF?? Are they fuc** R3tards! i posted screenshot and my order IDs.. no they dont understand. "BUY OR DEPOSIT 50$ WORTH OF CRYPTO AND GET MYSTERY BOX." i have fuc** done that many times!!

Worst customer support service ever

I still havent any answer from them. Three days now. They always telling me please wait please wait. I never recommend this platform to anyone. If you are using this you are alone in this platform. No customer service. Other platforms have nice live customer service and help immediately. But in here never going to happened. So dont use this.

Dont ever use this.

Dont use this. Only have thieves. Never use p2p to sell. Lots of fake orders and very bad customer support. And they are not doing a great job. Only telling us to wait but wasting time. Very bad exchange place. And very bad website. Please dont use it.

The worst experience

This is the worst exchange I have ever used. They are nothing but thieves. Crooks. I cannot withdraw my tokens despite have passed KYC ages ago. They now refuse to respond to my emails to resolve this. Do not go anywhere near this organisation. I will now have to begin lengthy legal proceedings against them. Disgraceful.

Para mí es una vergüenza

Para mí es una vergüenza, hace días puse una venta de USDT en la App OKX , una tonta depositó su dinero en un Revtag equivocado de Revolut que no es el mío para comprárlas y nunca me llegó el dinero por su error y resulta que a pesar de yo no recibir el dinero OKX me ha congelado mis monedas y no me dejan sacarla, ya les he demostrado que no recibí el dinero que la compradora se equivocó de Nickmame y así y todo no acaban de liberarla, cada día escribo y nada… largo y largo , me parece abusivo!

Its impossible to verify to level 2…

Its impossible to verify to level 2 because they keep rejecting your documents. Today they rejected all of my group their national ID cards. They don't understand when you are giving them reasonable arguments. They keep supporting their unreasonable arguments and your problem can never be solved. So I definitely do not recommend this exchange!

SCAM - They steal your money

SCAM! After a 2 level verification (mail, telephone number and identity card), you buy some crypto with credit card but they do not make the purchase and block your money, asking for new absurd checks. But they also refuse those checks and do not refund your money. So verifications are excuses for stealing your money. They are thieves! To be avoided like the plague!
