Ricevo all'improvviso nella notte la notifica di una transazione che ovviamente non ho autorizzato io. Contatto l'assistenza e mi risponde che la transazione risulta ancora in sospeso (cosa che succede con tutte le transazioni, e' normale che inizialmente risultino in sospeso) e mi diconoche non possono annullare le transazioni in sospeso e che devo attendere 7 giorni per vedere se va in porto o se mi verra' riaccreditata. Cioe' devo prima attendere che si intaschino i soldi quando dovrebbero agire prima che cio accada. Mi sa che dietro queste transazioni c'e' proprio lo zampino di Monese. Scommetto che passati i 7 giorni mi diranno che e' troppo tardi e non si puo piu fare nulla.

Jahre lang war ich zufriedener Kunde. Habe sogar ein premium Account und benutze das monese Konto als Gehaltskonto. Doch jetzt, mittlerweile schon fast 1 Woche her, ist mein Konto gesperrt! Ohne Informationen zu erhalten wurde mir bis heute mein Geld ( ca 1500€) gesperrt. Keine Abbuchung nix geht! Nach 3 Tagen erhielt ich eine Nachricht dass diese Sperrung ganz normal wäre und diene der Überprüfung. Den genauen Grund wüssten sie auch nicht. Ich sollte nachweisen woher meine Gehaltszahlung kommt. Also habe ich meine Lohnabrechnung zugeschickt. Und Zahlungseingänge einer dubiosen Barmer! Ich erklärte das die Barmer eine Krankenkasse ist und ich Leistungen erhalte. Nachdem ich alle Fragen beantwortet habe, bat ich um Freischaltung meines Kontos oder Rückerstattung meines Geldes. Seit 4 Tagen keine Reaktion. Langsam sehe ich das als Betrug an! Achtung das läuft jetzt bei allen monese Konten ab. Neues EU Gekdwäsche - Gesetzt.

Von heute auf morgen Konto gesperrt. Geld weg !

👀 MONESE has blocked my account that had my children's school money, under the same "reassuring" security and regulatory reasons.

No detailed proof of the money source was asked and, after two months of waiting, I got an email saying the account has been closed, with NO access to statements!

For two weeks I'm still waiting for my funds to be transferred to my bank account.

AVOID using this company! They do not operate like a bank, more like a fraudster. They sent an email to me asking me for more details to verify my account which I have had with them for over 6months now. I gave them all the details and they sent me an email to say they are closing my account (for no reason, though they say they can't confirm the reason) I still have money in the account which they have locked away and now won't respond to my emails. I cannot believe a 'bank' would act this way. I would highly advise against opening an account with Monese.

Created an account, ordered physical card, my bad I didn't mark down my apartment nr but card was already ordered. Then the app wanted to confirm my address and told to turn my gps on so it could confirm my marked address matches the location I'm at. I wasn't home at the time (and didn't plan on going anytime soon). Then I tried to change the address manually, so maybe I'd get to add my apartment nr - app didn't let me do that because "I can't change my address so often" (though I just registered...). So I decided to go home so the app can confirm my location by gps. And when I got home, app said "your location doesn't match the address". :) To say I was pissed off would be an understatement of the year. And Monese customer support only told me to just choose "can't wait for my card to arrive" but it was a dead end. I don't remember anymore what it did next, I don't have screenshots unfortunately as well but basically I couldn't get back or forth. Had to shut down the app and after few tries I got inside the app and out of the dead end loop. The start was definitely rocky and didn't leave a good impression. I understand I wasn't paying enough attention when I needed to double confirm my address but at least let me change it before the card arrives who knows where - I don't even know if I'll get it now.

Absolutely shocking. lure you in with the referall offer. I deposited £10 and came out my bank account but didn't appear in the monese balance just disappeared. 48 hours in to the chat and they gave me generic responses to start with and now wont even respond. I have no idea where the missing £10 is. AVOID if u don't want unnecessary stress.

After being a 5 year customer with them They sent me an email from their compliance team requesting information which was sent within 24hours, they sent me another email stating they are closing my account. I have been on the line calling them for up to an hour and a half now with no response. It’s really unfair and canny of this company to do so like this to a customer of such longevity. I am still awaiting a response from the information that they requested and they had failed to let me know why such and such is the case 😭PLEASE BE WISE WITH THEM AND BE WITH HOW YOU GO ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT. No fraudulent activity was made No money laundering was made Nothing was fake about my information and the purpose of the only account that I have. This is crazy that such a customer could experience stuff like this.

6 weeks ago I made a transfer to my Monese account and it got lost. Monese asked for proof of transfer, which I happily provided. Since then nothing - either their customer service is closing tickets, claiming I received the money (I did not!) or "somebody is looking into it". For a few weeks now they are not responding at all. Tried their complaints-team too, but no luck there either. They seem to have decided to keep that money. 
For whoever thinks about getting an account with Monese, I would like to let you know that I am not the only person with this problem. Just scan the internet for more reviews and Fb groups. 

2 stars because for 4 years before the lost transfer there wasn't the slightest problem with my account.

Customer service needs lots of improvement.
