I am exploring the platform to transact cryptocurrencies from the Cape Verde islands. So far it has been a positive experience. I have only used the digital wallet option to purchase USDT currency, so I cannot yet give an opinion on the other functions. The app runs smoothly and you also get the same result when using the computer.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service - they were quick enough to email me when I wrote a bad public review (within hours) but then cannot be bothered to reply back to my private email days later...
AVOID THIS SCAM
Update: Don't comply with their identity verification. They will keep rejecting your documents and ask for more until you slip and give out sensitive information. This is most likely an Identity theft operation. Avoid these scum Definitely don't trade on there. Here's why: 1) When a coin is rising exponentially they will deliberately freeze it's price and to avoid hitting your tp until it goes back down again. 2) When they see you make too much money they will send a few of their trained rats out to sniff around in your business 3) When you start withdrawing your crypto out on a regular basis to your wallet or different exchanges, they will get extremely salty and start seething at you and will deliberately trigger an "enhanced verification" process which is optional yet they will force it down your throat and they will keep harassing you as long as you can take it until you get tired and just figure out there are much better exchanges out there that know what crypto is meant to be . Save your time and money and research better exchanges that won't threaten you with account closure when you get a little more successful than their average third world country user base. Avoid
