I paid for opening a personal account at the end of March, the system told me that in 1 day an account will be active. Now 1 month passed and the account is still inactive, my "personal manager" never replied to me, however, I left 3 emails I think this service is a SCAM and I don't recommend anybody to use it...

Hi, since last year i am contacting you to refund me money, you sent it to an iban with wrong BIC, now you closed my account because i didn't pay fees, fix your problems before asking me to pay fees, for what i pay you, you didn't manage my account and you didn't fix your problems, at least recall the payment, very bad customer support i am tired from waiting you, you must investigate about your faults // Kind Regards, Balhadj

Просят оплатить 20 евро за проверку профиля в течении одного рабочего дня. После чего, Ваш профиль становится неактивным, без объяснения причин. Update 10.03.22 Терять свое время на Вас, да и тем более пытаться что то доказать тем, кто получив данные удостоверений личности и деньги просто заблокировал аккаунт не вижу смысла. Update 23.03.22 Квитанция об оплате Вам 20 евро говорит об обратном. Повторю ещё раз, я не планирую терять на время на Вашу компанию , тем более не вижу смысловой нагрузки разбираться почему Вы просто взяли деньги и без объяснения причин заблокировали аккаунт. Есть масса других сервисов делающих абсолютно тоже самое без каких либо проблем. Моя ошибка заключалась в том, что я не прочитал предыдущие отзывы здесь, которые говорят тоже самое о Вас.
